The student council of Huffman ISD's Copeland Elementary and Huffman Intermediate are on a Quest for Excellence this year. We have coupled with the Early Act First Knight program to create the Quest Council.

The students on the Quest Council were chosen by their teachers based on The Code from Early Act First Knight. The Code encompasses virtues of tolerance, responsibility, confidence, perseverance, discipline, respect, honesty, compassion, friendliness, and service that they possess and exhibit.
All grade levels at both the Copeland Elementary campus and the Huffman Intermediate campus are represented with 11 fifth grade members, 10 fourth grade members, 6 third grade members and 4 second grade members. The council has 3 teacher sponsors; Tanna Padgett - 5th grade, Colleen Vetters - 4th grade, and Kerrie Cone - 2nd/3rd grade.
